Adrian R III School District September Surplus Property List

The Adrian R-III Board of Education has declared the following items as surplus property. To place a bid on any of the following items, please do one of the following:

·   Send an email to  don.lile@adrian.k12.mo.us  Write “Surplus Property” as the subject line. In the body of the email, list the lot number and your bid amount for each lot number. You may place multiple bids per email. Make sure your name and address are also included in the email.

·   In a sealed envelope addressed to Surplus Property, Don Lile 601 N Houston Adrian, MO 64720. Include our name, address, and phone number. Include the lot number and the bid for each lot you are bidding on.

All bids are due to the Superintendent’s office by 12:00 PM on October 17, 2023. All bids are considered final. The board of education will award each lot to the highest bidder on October 19, 2023. Winning bidders will be notified in the next three business days. To place a bid is to guarantee payment. The items here are sold without warranty and in “as-is'' condition. Please notify the superintendent's office to examine any item prior to placing a bid.
