Job Summary:
Provides computer support to end users in a 1:1 environment. Knowledge of Google Dashboard which includes users, devices, and applications, and Active Directory for Windows management.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting computers and Chromebook devices. Provides technical telephone support for internal end users on a variety of hardware and software problems including operating system support, application support, system access problems, and database support.
Assist staff and students with application and software support.
Determine priorities within the department. Work under pressure with multiple interruptions. Perform tasks in a timely manner.
Help Desk tracking systems for IT tickets. Researches and recommends hardware/software for the technology department.
Ability to learn new software, network environment, and repair computers and Chromebooks. Lifting and moving of computer components and peripherals is required.
