Meet Mrs. Hazen

This is my fifth year as the K-12 School Counselor at Brashear. I am originally from Omaha, Ne but moved to the Kirksville area in 2015. I graduated with my Master of Arts degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Sociology with a minor in Child and Family Studies from Northwest Missouri State University. I completed my school counseling certification through the University of Tennessee, Martin.

I met my husband, Justin during our time at Northwest. He graduated from Brashear and is a farmer in the Greentop area. Together, we have a four year old daughter, Hadley, a two year old son, Hudson, and welcomed our third baby, Hayden, this past May.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, being outside, and watching Cardinals baseball.
