Your Theatre Your Town Play Reading Events
Friends, families and supporters of Ann Arbor Civic Theatre: Do you miss performances as much as we do? We have been working hard behind the scenes to create innovative ways to fulfill our mission of encouraging community involvement in live theatre while being expressly unable to undertake active productions. Enter our newest venture: the Your Theatre Your Town Play Reading Group. This new endeavor will operate much like a book group.

Script submissions are due by September 11, 2020. Scripts with previous productions are welcome
Hear four original short plays by local playwrights performed by local actors. A virtual “lobby” will follow the performances where actors, playwrights and audience can chat about the plays.
Additional short play readings via Zoom are planned later in the 2020-21 season
