If the iPad just isn't working the way it's supposed to or it's been a few days. Please turn it off for a minute and turn it back on.
In the upper corner is a small rectangular button. Press and hold down.
Wait until "slide to power off" appears on the screen. Swipe where indicated.
To turn back on, press and hold the small rectangular button at the top of the iPad until the apple appears.
If the iPad is starting to lag or is using a lot of it's battery super quickly, it is a good idea to close the apps.
Double click the home button quickly.
When the small window appear swipe up (which closes them).
Open the Zoom App on the student iPad.
You might need to click the blue button towards the bottom that says join meeting (you won't really join from here).
Under "Join with a personal link name" it will have the iPad named something like: CHM 01. Please delete that and instead write your child's first and last names.
Click cancel and you're done!
You will need the "badge" that was given during Tech Distribution (if you lost it, send one of us an email and we'll send you a copy).
You can do either option A or B
A. Go to the Clever App on your child's device. Use the ID and Password given on their Badge.
B. Go to the Clever app and hold it over the QR code. This should automatically log you into Clever.
From Clever, you will access our Zoom sessions and Seesaw activities.
