**P.S. 41 will be following Model 1B Schedule.
Group A will attend Tuesdays, Wednesdays and every other Monday.
Group B will attend Thursdays and Fridays and every other Monday.
Group D will remain Remote 5 days a week
Group E will be in school 5 days a week.

DEVICE RETURN INFORMATION
If you have a P.S. 41 device, it will have to be returned when the student comes back to school full time.
If you have a DOE issued device, you will have to hold it until the DOE advises you to return the device.
If you are moving out of NYC and need to return the device, you will have to call the DOE at 718-935-5100 and request a pick up using their courier Deluxe Vendor Service. You will need to provide the DOE with the following information.
Student's Name
Student's OSIS Number
Address where the device can be picked up
Asset tag number located on the device.
Tracking number they used to deliver the device- if possible.
If you are moving out of our school/ district/ state/ city etc and you have a P.S. 41 issued device to return, the parent should contact Ms. Brock to schedule a date and time to drop off the device by emailing her at sbrock2@schools.nyc.gov
The device will be deactivated and will not be able to be used if the device is not returned.
