Remote Learning: What is it and how does it work?
Students are expected to be learning all the information we would be teaching in school, but remotely at home. All assignments will go through Google Classroom, and your child can access their classes through their @41gunhillroad.org emails. Parents can also be invited to their child's class with their email addresses, and can be up to date on daily assignments. Attendance will be taken daily, and assignments will be graded and posted every day. Please reach out to me if you have any questions!
Remote Learning Schedule:
8:30 - 8:45 Homeroom on Zoom (https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86460594653?pwd=Wkk0ak1PcXpwakZZMm9UeUx2eTFMdz09)
8:45 - 10:00 Math or ELA (depending on if your child is in 5A or 5B)
10:00 - 10:45 Science 5A, Enrichment 5B
10:45 - 12:15 Math or ELA (depending on if your child is in 5A or 5B)
12:15 - 1:15 Lunch
1:15 - 2:00 Science 5B, Enrichment 5A
Students are expected to complete all homework and classwork assignments after 2:00 pm that are due for that day on Google Classroom.
Please check our class page for daily homework and announcements.
All homework is expected to be quality each night - in math, make sure to show all of your work, and in ELA make sure you are writing in complete sentences and clearly answering the assigned question.
Please use our school websites to practice math and complete math assignments.
