Shall the Board of Directors of the Aplington-Parkersburg Community School District in the Counties of Butler and Grundy, State of Iowa, be authorized to contract indebtedness and issue General Obligation Bonds in an amount not to exceed $16,300,000 to provide funds to build, furnish, and equip secure entrances at the Aplington and Parkersburg school buildings; and to remodel, repair, improve, furnish, and equip the Aplington and Parkersburg school buildings, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, and mechanical improvements, and to improve the sites?

A school district resident, and
At least 17 years old. A person may vote if they will be 18 years old on or before election day. In the case of primary elections, a person may vote if they will be 18 years old on or before the corresponding regular election.
