Working with our team of contractors and vendors to ensure your property is in the best condition possible.
Ed the maintenance lead is found helping make repairs and working with our contractors to make sure your home is safe and secure.
Andrew works with our team of contractors and vendors in updating your home. Regularly installing new carpets, painting rooms and completing the finishing touches on our renovations he ensures your new home is ready for you to move in.
In this role, you will address common maintenance issues across multiple properties, performing repairs and installations as well as recommending subcontractors for serious infrastructural projects. You must be able to address a host of common property issues, such as electrical, plumbing, and heating.
