1.The HPS Renovation/Expansion website has been updated to include more detailed information about the financials and tax impact. A video that helps explain the need is also now posted.
2. For parents concerned about the time burden of the meeting, it's helpful to know that the bond for the proposed expansion is a vote by ballot and it is the first item of business. Parents can watch the presentation and public discussion on the live stream from home. Once the question is called and debate ends, residents have a full hour to get to the high school and cast their ballot vote. Parents can then choose to stay to vote on the other warrant articles.
