Boarding Services

Boarding at For the Love of Dog is like a home away from home for your dog. All dogs boarded at FLD stay in a 800 square foot climate controlled room. Boarding dogs that are good with other dogs will be able to play in a 6 foot tall fenced in yard with other dog friendly dogs. If group play is not for your dog, that is ok! We have several solo yards for outside time. During your dog's stay, you have the option of selecting a number of perks to make their stay even better! See those options below.

$30/NIGHT

Dogs stay outside in yards from 9-5 pm everyday weather permitting.

What is needed prior to boarding?

All dogs boarding will have to show proof to up to date vaccination records for Distemper, Parvo, Bordetella and Rabies.
When coming to board, dogs should bring: food, daily medications, secure collars with ID on them, leash, collar and harness. Blankets, bowls and beds will be supplied.

Boarding Perks

Perks can be added on to your dogs stay while scheduling online via the booking links provided.

Stuffed Kong

($3/day) - Add a frozen peanut butter stuffed Kong treat to your dog's stay.

30 Minute Walk

($25/day) Add a 30 minute leashed walk to your dog's stay.

10 Minute Massage

($8/day) Add a 10 minute relaxation massage to your dog's stay.

30 Minute Playtime

($15/day) Add a 30 minute off leash playtime in a fenced in area. If your dog is dog friendly, they have the option of playing with other dog friendly dogs.

Boarding for Dogs with Special Behavioral Needs

For the Love of Dog knows first hand how difficult it can be to find boarding facilities that will cater to your dog that has some human handling issues. FLD will offer boarding services to dogs that have aggression/anxiety issues that does not permit them to stay at most other boarding facilities. FLD caters to aggressive and/or anxious dogs by providing a much quieter kennel environment, kennels that allow hands free movement from indoor sleeping spaces to outdoor exercise spaces and a business owner with a certfication in Canine Behavior Consulting (CCBC-KA).
