ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIBABILITY: 

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, international, federal, state, and local governments and health agencies recommend social distancing. The travel and hospitality industries have responded by implementing social distancing guidelines and protocols throughout resorts, hotels, theme parks, and other attractions worldwide.

Clients must make themselves aware of their home country’s travel warnings, travel restrictions and rules as well as any other country’s travel warnings, restrictions, and rules that they will be visiting during their travel arrangements.

By choosing to travel, Clients of 4MTC acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that travelers may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.

Clients hereby release, waive, and discharge Four Mountains Travel Company LLC and its independent contractor agents from any and all claims now and in the future and hold harmless and indemnify Four Mountains Travel Company LLC from any and all liability for damage to property or personal injury to any third party resulting from Client’s or Client’s next of kin’s travel.

Clients also accept that Four Mountains Travel Company LLC cannot be held responsible for any travel restrictions, illness, cancellations, financial loss, quarantining rules or measures put in place at airports or destinations Clients are traveling through as part of a booked reservation package.

Clients will sign in agreement with these terms before booking with 4MTC. The agreement shall be effective and binding upon the Client’s heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns, and representatives, in the event of the Client’s death or incapacity.
