Tracking orders

Step 1:

Open the navigation menu by clicking on the top right icon

Step 2:

Click on "my orders"

Step 3:

Click the "view orders" button of the order that you wish to track


That's it! You will be able to see the status of your order.

Delivery times & status

Singapore:

For delivery to Singapore, there will be no tracking code so when the parcel’s status is “in delivery”, it will state, "package has been shipped to Singpost".

Malaysia:

For delivery to Malaysia, if the parcel’s status is “in delivery”, you will be able click ‘copy tracking number’ and trace it under the ‘Order Tracking Website’. (Just click this and it will bring you to the postal delivery website).

Other countries:

For all other countries besides Singapore and Malaysia, there will be 3 types of status - Order Placed, Order Dispatched and In delivery.

Once the parcel status has changed to “in delivery”, you will be able to copy the tracking number and track at the ‘Order Tracking Website’.

Special cases:

If there is any custom delay, “Delivery Delayed” will be shown.

If your order has been cancelled or you did not complete/finish the run, under the “My Orders”, it will be shown as ‘Cancelled’ or ‘Did Not Finish’.

Delivery times:

For Singapore, estimated delivery time is 14 working days.

For Malaysia, Indonesia and Taiwan, is 14-21 working days.

For other countries, it may take up to 3-4 weeks.

Note: Due to the current coronavirus situation, delivery may take longer than usual.
