Making a direct connection

You will need:

• An aux device with a 3.5mm mini jack/headphone socket

• A stereo 3.5mm mini jack/headphone to mono 6.35mm jack pair cable. Normally located under the sound desk.

In this guide, we will use sound desk channels 15 and 16, but any pair of channels may be used.

Step 1: Connect the white jack to 'Line in 15' and the red jack to 'Line in 16'

Step 2: Connect the other end of the aux cable to the device you want to play sound from

Step 3: Ensure the 'pad' switches are on (pressed down)
