Counselor Bio

Ms. Kaitlin DiBella is the Elementary Sixth Grade School Counselor for the Three Village Central School District. This position encompasses all sixth graders in the five elementary schools within the district. In this role, Ms. DiBella  strives to provide students with a comprehensive and effective school counseling program through in-direct and direct counseling services. Her program follows the guidelines of the ASCA National Model and aligns accordingly with the missions of the NYS DOE, the Three Village CSD and the Three Village CSD Guidance Department. 

Her sixth grade program consists of weekly guidance lessons on academic success, career/college readiness, and personal/social development. In addition, Ms. DiBella  meets with students individually and in small group settings to provide support in all areas of their lives. Ms. DiBella works closely with the school social workers and psychologists in each school to assist in providing all students a safe, kind, and inclusive environment. 

Kaitlin received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology  from Marist College, and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Brooklyn College. Kaitlin is a Certified School Counselor through New York State. In her free time, Kaitlin enjoys hikes and loves quality time with family and friends.
