Prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized and the power to exert said prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism

Anti-Racism

A system in which we create policies, practices, and procedures to promote racial equity.

Citizenship

Relationship between an individual and a state to which the individual owes allegiance and in tum is entitled to its protection.

Microaggressions

The everyday verbal, nonverbal and environmental slights, snubs or insults, whether intentional or unintentional, which communicate negative messages to persons based solely on group membership.
