Yoga Club

Advisor:  Ms. Winter

Description: Yoga is a wonderful way to exercise, tone and practice focusing techniques. Meditation helps us stay present, concentrate on goals and empowers us to be our true self. Ms. Winter will guide the students through yoga and mediation through fun poses and activities.

Guidelines: Students will need to bring a yoga mat and wear comfy clothes. Bring a peanut free snack and a water bottle. 

Meeting dates: 10 Weeks - A paper Flyer will be sent home with times

** DUE TO AN OVERWHELMING RESPONSE I WILL BE SPLITTING THE THE SESSIONS INTO TW FIVE WEEKS. kK-1 WILL BEGIN ON jANUARY 11 AND SECOND GRADE WILL BEGIN FEBRUARY 15TH***
