SACC Drop off/Pick up Protocols

Arrowhead SACC
Arrowhead Elementary School SACC is located behind the school building in the portable next to the large playground. Parents can park their vehicles in the stalls right in front of the SACC portable. Children are NOT PERMITTED to walk themselves to and from the vehicles under any circumstances.
AM SACC
Parents will be required to walk their child(ren) to the door of the SACC portable, where a staff member will greet them and sign them in. In accordance with districtwide protocols, parents will not be permitted to enter the SACC building. At the conclusion of AM SACC, the children will be walked to the main building by SACC staff. Pre-K and Kindergarten children will be walked directly to their classrooms.
PM SACC
At the end of the school day, SACC will gather the children in the school cafeteria where they will be able to maintain social distancing for SACC attendance. Once all children have been accounted for, they will be escorted to the SACC portable. Parents are required to pick up their children at (or before) their designated pick-up time. Children will only be released to an authorized person at the door of the portable. Please be prepared to show proper identification. A SACC staff member will check your child(ren) out and bring your child to you. Parents will not be permitted to enter the SACC building in accordance with districtwide protocols.
Minnesauke SACC
All parents will be asked to park in the school parking lot off High Gate Drive, closest to the SACC portables.
AM SACC
Parents will park in the parking lot nearest to the SACC portables. They will walk their child(ren) up to the door of the portable no earlier then 7:30. Parents are greeted by the AM SACC staff and will sign their child(ren) in on our sign in/sign out sheet. They should sign in and record the time in the AM section.
PM SACC
Parents will park their cars in the parking lot nearest to the SACC portables. They will then proceed to the door of the portable. Please be prepared to show picture ID. A staff member will radio for your child(ren) from where ever they may be (outside, gym, or in another SACC room). Your child(ren) will be signed out of the program by the parent or adult who is picking them up that day. We have an Additional Pick-Up Form that is available for another person to pick up other than parent or grandparent.
Mount SACC
Mount SACC is located inside of Mount School. Parents must park their vehicle in the main parking lot and enter the school building for drop off and pick up. Children are not permitted to walk themselves to and from the vehicles under any circumstances. Proper ID is required for drop off and pick up to enter the building.
AM SACC
Parents are to park in the main parking lot and enter through the main door with security. Parents will be required to show their ID. School doors will open at 7:30 AM. Parents are to walk with their child(ren) to room 202. Parents will sign in their children in daily on the SACC sign in sheets. Children may not be dropped off or left alone unsupervised at the entrance. At the conclusion of AM SACC, the children will be walked to the main entrance by SACC personnel to walk to their classrooms.
PM SACC
At the end of the school day, SACC personnel will gather the SACC children inside the school building, for attendance. The children will be escorted to the SACC program once all the children have been accounted for. Parents are required to pick up their child(ren) at (or before) their designated pick-up time. (Please refer to the SACC registration agreement for more information on late charges). Children will only be released to an authorized person. Parents will be required to sign out their child(ren) daily. Please park in the main parking lot and use the walking path that leads to the bus circle. Please be prepared to show proper identification. We will not release a child without proper identification!
Nassakeag SACC
SACC is located in the gray portable building adjacent to the Pond Path entrance. Parents must park their vehicle in a marked stall in the parking lot. Children are NOT permitted to walk themselves to and from vehicles under any circumstances.
AM SACC
Parents are required to walk their children into the SACC portable using the main door located in the front of the building. Parents are required to sign their child(ren) in daily. At the conclusion of A.M. SACC, the children will be walked to various school entrances by SACC personnel, depending on grade level. Pre-k and kindergarten children will be walked directly to their classrooms.
PM SACC
At the end of the school day, SACC personnel will gather the SACC children in a large area inside the school building. Pre-K and kindergarten children will be picked up at their classrooms. The children will be escorted to the SACC program when all the children have been accounted for. Parents are required to pick up their child(ren) at (or before) their designated pick-up time. (Please refer to the SACC registration agreement for more information on late charges). Parents are required to come in the SACC building via the front door and sign out their child(ren) daily. Children will only be released to an authorized person. Please be prepared to show proper identification.
New this year: Pre-K and kindergarten children will be in room 41 this year due to increased enrollment. Once you have signed out your Pre-K/K child(ren) at the main SACC building, staff in room 41 will be alerted to bring your child(ren) to the Pond Path door where they will dismiss your child(ren) to you.
Setauket SACC
SACC is located in the two gray portables on the north side of the building (Emma Clark Library side). Please enter the parking lot at the traffic light and drive all the way to the back lot, on the right side.
Parents/guardians are required to sign their child(ren) into A.M. SACC and out of P.M. SACC. Sign-in/sign-out will take place in Modular 2, the building on the far right. Please be prepared to show proper identification. Children are NOT permitted to walk themselves to and from vehicles under any circumstances.
AM SACC
Parents/guardians must escort their children in the morning SACC program in Modular 2 and sign them in. At the conclusion of A.M. SACC, the children will be walked to various school entrances by SACC personnel, depending on grade level. Pre-k and kindergarten children will be walked directly to their classrooms.
PM SACC
At the end of the school day, SACC personnel will gather the SACC children inside the school and take attendance. Once all SACC students are accounted for, the children will be escorted to the SACC buildings.
Parents/guardians are required to sign their child(ren) out of P.M. SACC in Modular 2 at, or before, their chosen pick up time. Please be prepared to show proper photo identification. Late charges apply if you arrive past the designated time (please refer to the registration agreement for more information on late charges). Children will only be released to an authorized person.
