What is the SACC program?

The School Age Child Care (SACC) program is a quality before and after school childcare program,

serving students from Pre-K through 6th grade.  The program is housed in portable classrooms at each

of the five elementary schools.  The SACC program is tuition-based, and all children must be registered

to attend the program.

How can I register my child(ren) for SACC?

Registration 2024-2025 is online only via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.   A separate registration form & fee is required for each child.

Open registration for students entering grades K-6 will be from May 20 - June 20.

Open registration for accepted students entering Pre-K will be from May 31 - June 20.

Follow these instructions to access and submit the SACC open enrollment registration in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal: How to Submit the SACC 2024-2025 Registration

How can I get my Infinite Campus Parent Portal information?

For newly registered families, Parent Portal setup information (including initial GUID key number) can be found in the email confirmation they receive from the Online Registration Application Approval.

Parents who have forgotten or lost their username and password should email parentportal@3villagecsd.org

Once I register, how do I know my child is enrolled in the program?

2024-2025 open registration for students in grades K-6 will be from May 20 through June 20.

All K - 6 SACC registration applications received during this window are guaranteed a placement in the SACC program, provided that all outstanding balances are paid by June 30.

2024-2025 open registration for accepted Pre-K students will be from May 31 through June 20.

All Pre-K SACC registration applications received during this window are guaranteed a placement in the SACC program provided the child has a placement in a Pre-K class.

What if I miss the open enrollment registration deadline, or I wish to register my child(ren) in SACC once the school year starts?

The SACC program will accept new students based on staffing and space availability in our programs.  We will have a link to the SACC waitlist available once the registration period closes.  Families are called off the waitlist in chronological order once space opens up.  Once a family is contacted off the waitlist, we will wait two (2) business days for a response.  If we do not receive a response, we will move to the next available family.

What schedule options are available for the SACC program?

SACC offers full-time (5 days/week) and part-time (3 days/week) options for students in grades K-6.

SACC offers full-time (5 days/week) only for Pre-K students.

Can I pause my enrollment?

No. Enrollment may not be paused. You may withdraw your child and immediately place him or her on to the waitlist. We cannot guarantee that space will still be available if you decide to return to SACC at a later date. Parents are reminded that withdrawal requests must be made in writing two weeks in advance of the withdrawal date.  If space allows, re-entering the program after withdrawing requires a $35 re-registration fee.

Why is the SACC program tuition the same regardless of school holidays?

The SACC program was created to provide before/after care to working parents.  The program was

developed based on parents needing the program for the entire school year.  Using a balanced billing

system, tuition is calculated for the year and divided into ten equal monthly payments, regardless of

the number of school days per month.

Does the SACC program run on half-days?

The last 3 days of elementary school are half-days.  On these dates only the AM SACC program will be in session.  The last day of the PM SACC program will be the last full day of elementary school.

For the 2023-2024 school year: June 24 - 26, 2024 are half-days of elementary school. On these dates only the AM SACC program will be in session. The last day of the PM SACC program will be June, 21, 2024.

How do I pay for SACC?

All payments should be paid via your Infinite Campus Parent Portal in the fees tab.  SACC does not mail out monthly billing statements ahead of the due date.  You can check your balance due by logging into your parent portal on Infinite Campus and clicking the "Fees" tab.

What is the protocol in place if a medical emergency arises?

If a medical emergency arises, the SACC staff will contact the parent/guardian.  The parent/guardian or their designee must pick-up the sick child when notified for health and safety reasons.  If the emergency is such that immediate hospital attention is necessary, the SACC staff will call an ambulance.  NO medication, including aspirin, will be administered by the SACC staff.

What is the Tax ID number for my child's SACC tuition?

The Three Village CSD tax ID number is 11-2116435.

Please refer to the SACC Registration Agreement for further information on the SACC program policies.
