Scheduling Class

The Live Sessions page for your course will be pre-populated with Zoom classroom links for the meeting dates and times for your section. If you need to reschedule, add, or remove a particular class meeting, please use the instructions below.

  1. Start by navigating to your course in your program's Digital Campus.

  2. Click on the Live Sessions link at the top of your course.

  3. Once the Live Sessions page has loaded, find the specific class session that you would like to change in the list.

  4. Click the link for the live session you'd like to change in the Topic column.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Edit this Meeting.

  6. You can now edit the Topic, Description, Date, Start Time, Duration, etc.

  7. Once you have made changes to the meeting, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.

**Note: If you would like to simply delete an existing meeting, you can click the Delete button on the main Upcoming Meetings tab when you first view your Live Sessions.
