Entering Your Live Session Classroom

To enter the live session classroom for one of your weekly classes, do the following prior to the start of class:

1. Log into the Online Campus

2. Navigate to your course section

3. Click the Live Sessions link at the top of your course

4. Find the correct meeting you would like to start in the list of Upcoming Meetings

5. Click the Start button on the row for the meeting you would like to launch.

Setting Up Your Live Sessions

Prior to each live session, you will want to ensure that you have the appropriate documents open and ready on your computer. The following provides some recommendations for setting up effectively:

1. 1. Close any applications on your computer you will not need and/or would not want your students to accidentally see. For example, you may want to close your email, text messages, or other personal applications.

   2. Open any files, applications, or webpages you anticipate sharing during class. This might include documents you have created or a YouTube video you plan to show your students. Having these open in the background will make it easy to share the correct application when you are ready.

   3. If you plan to use your iPad or iPhone to share materials, be sure to have it set up and connected in advance.
