All students and parents/guardians have an account with Incident IQ, 21CCCS's tech support ticketing system. You're able to submit a ticket for any issues you're experiencing with your MacBook, iPad, software and networking. Our Help Desk Specialist or Client Platform Specialists will reach out to troubleshoot and resolve your issue.
Schoology is home to our curriculum, resources, messaging, calendar and more. Students and parents/guardians are provided an account by the school.
Infinite Campus has both a student and a parent/guardian portal where you can access your student schedule, attendance, grades, messaging and other important information.
