Parents and guardians will receive an email that looks like this in August or soon after enrolling if you begin after our start-up. If you cannot locate an email with this subject line in your email, our ParentSquare admin can resend the invite. Contact Kathleen McAllister for support [kmcallister@21cccs.org].

Parents and guardians should click the blue button that says "Activate your account."

The first screen that will appear will ask you to create a new account. Your name and email address should already be populated based upon the information we have in Infinite Campus. So, you should just need to select a password.

Click Register.

• If the phone number listed is a cell phone, you can click confirm and receive a verification code via text. 

• If the phone number listed is a landline, please select the box next to: This phone is a landline. This will not require a verification code. Click confirm.

Once everything is confirmed, you can select Yes, this is me.
