Our Beavers section is for young people aged six to eight years old.
There are two Beaver Colonies at 1st Keyham.
The Aspens meet at the Scout Hut every Tuesday from 5.45pm – 7.15pm. The Willows meet at the Scout Hut every Friday from 5.45pm – 7.15pm.
All Beavers should wear their uniform jumpers and scarves to these Colony nights. In warmer weather the uniform polo shirts, or 1st Keyham polo shirts are suitable.

Who we are
Who we are
A group of Beaver Scouts is called a Colony, and each Colony can be split up into smaller groups called Lodges. Our Lodges are named after colours and have matching woggles for your scarves.
The Beaver Promise
Beavers have a Promise and Motto, but there is not a Beaver Scout Law. The concepts of the Scout Law should be presented to Beavers through games, storytelling and other informal devices.
