Aftercare

2023-2024 Aftercare information

Aftercare takes place Monday to Friday, from dismissal until 6:00pm, from the first day of school to the last day of school (Thursday, September 7, 2023 – Wednesday, June 26, 2024). Aftercare covers every FULL school day from dismissal until 6:00pm, following the public school calendar. The program is closed on No School days as well as remote learning days. Tuition and Fees

$50 registration fee (charged once per school year)

Drop-in $40/day

Discounts:
- 10% sibling discount for second child; 15% sibling discount for additional children
Payment may be made for the full year, or on a monthly basis

Scholarships/Financial Aid

Scholarships are available to highest need families, on a limited basis. Both full and half price scholarships are available. Decisions for scholarships will be announced in September.

Registration

Pre-registration for 2023-2024 will open on Monday, August 7, 2023. Children who are pre-registered by Thursday, August 31st may begin on the first day of school.

In order to complete the registration process, you will need:

Phone number of an emergency contact
A digital copy of your child’s current NYC Health Examination Form annual physical with up-to-date immunizations. (form)
A digital copy of your child’s Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Emergency Care Plan, if your student has an allergy. (form)
