Aftercare takes place Monday to Friday, from dismissal until 6:00pm, from the first day of school to the last day of school (Thursday, September 4, 2026 – Friday, June 26, 2026). Aftercare covers every FULL school day from dismissal until 6:00pm, following the public school calendar. The program is closed on No School days as well as remote learning days. Tuition and Fees
1 day per week = $125 (monthly fee)
2 days per week = $230 (monthly fee)
3 days per week = $320 (monthly fee)
4 days per week = $385 (monthly fee)
5 days per week = $430 (monthly fee)
Per Day Drop-in = $45 per day, per child
$50 registration fee (charged once per school year)
Discounts: 10% sibling discount for second child
Payment may be made for the full year, or on a monthly basis
Scholarships/Financial Aid
Important Note: We no longer have scholarships available due to funding being cut.
Registration
Pre-registration for 2025-2026 opens on Friday, August 15, 2025. Children who are pre-registered by Sunday, August 31 may begin on the first day of school.
Regular Registration: Starting September 4 and ongoing until June 26.
In order to complete the registration process, you will need:
Phone number of an emergency contact
A digital copy of your child’s current NYC Health Examination Form annual physical with up-to-date immunizations. (form)
A digital copy of your child’s Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Emergency Care Plan, if your student has an allergy. (form)
Continue through all checkout screens until you receive a notice that you will receive an email confirmation from the system.
