Aeries Portal "Grades" Accounts for WUSD Parents & Students

The Aeries Parent Portal is a website and app where parents can:

• Track student assignments

• See grades

• Get information from their student's teacher and school

• Send messages to their student's teacher

• Update contact information

There is no need for parents or students to create their own account. If we have your email in our files then you have an account!

At WUSD we create accounts for all of our parents once the email address has been entered into the student information system. Accounts are automatically created for all students once their other student logins ave been created.

PARENTS: If you have provided your school with your email address, then we have already created an account for you.

PARENTS AND STUDENTS: If you have never logged in, or if you have forgotten your password, please select "forgot password," check your email for a message from AeriesAdmin@wusd.k12.ca.us, click on the "click here" hyperlink in the email to confirm your email, and create a new password.

If your account cannot be found please contact your school site to add or confirm your email address.

If you have multiple children enrolled in WUSD K-12 all of their information will be linked to your log-in.

MOBILE APP: Log into your grades portal for the first time using the desktop view of your mobile browser, or on your laptop or desktop computer - Google Chrome Browser is preferred for Aeries. Then, once you have set up your password, you can download the free app from the IOS App Store or the Google Play Store for quick access from your mobile device.
