Sphero 2022 Challenge

As Autobots, you have many missions ahead of you! Save the humans, deliver Megatron to the depths of the ocean, and hide the energon from the Decepticons! Only YOU have the ability to save the world! The people are counting on you!

For this rotation, you will work to complete 3 different missions. Each mission is worth a total of 40 points. Your entire rotation is worth a total of 120 points. You will have 12 minutes to program your Sphero Bolt to complete the tasks at each mission. You can try as many times as you like during that 12 minutes and your highest point value will be the score taken. You cannot combine the points from each attempt. Each time your program is finished and you wish to program and try again, you must begin at the start and the board will be reset.

Your Sphero must be programmed to complete the missions autonomously.

The Decepticons are taking over the city! To slow you down, they have created many obstacles to keep you out. Get through the maze or jump through the tunnels, your choice. Make it to the city quickly to help fight off the Decepticons and save the humans!

You have defeated Megatron! Now you must drop him deep into the middle of the ocean. Navigate through the buoys and travel through a portal that will send you into the middle of the ocean. Land in the middle circle and drop off Megatron so he can never be found again!

You and your Autobot team have found energon. You must transport it where it can not be detected by the Decepticons. Move the energon past the boundaries into the open space to get them out of the hands of the Decepticons. Move them into the special box so block their energy from being detected by the Decepticons. Only YOU can save the energon from being used for bad!
