​I. Payment ✦

​My commissions are Paypal Exclusive, with the main currency as USD.

I do accept any other type of currency as long as the total is equivalent to the USD amount in total, this is to avoid as much conversion fees on your side and mine too.

It is MANDATORY that you indicate ''No Address Needed'' as I do NOT have items to Ship.

ALWAYS pay for "Goods and Services"

I will re-fund any payment which does not follow this guideline as my services are for Digital Goods only.

Do Not send any kind of payment until I have agreed to proceed with your commission. Doing so will result in me refunding you and possibly refusing the commission.

I will be the one to send you an invoice, as I require to put a resume of my ToS within the commission's payment form.

All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.

Payment plans are to my own discretion and I may only offer them to people I trust as well as depending on circumstances.

Prices can be subject to change due to the following :

As an estimated cost, should a considerable amount of time pass between accepting your commission and the actual drawing phase,

chances are that the quality of my art has increased along with the time and energy it takes me to produce it.

II. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY ✦

My Commissions are for your Personal Use Only, NOT Commercial.

They can not be bought or sold for the purpose of using/reselling for crypto and NFTs.

I am allowed to use the commissioned artwork to;

Promote myself within any place or site.

Publish books or merchandise with.

To display it anywhere to my liking.

Upload it wherever I want.

I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches as "pre-posed" at a later date.

I will not draw other people's characters unless it is specifically commissioned as a Gift to them.

These commissions are Digital Goods and services only.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

​Reproducing/redistributing the commissioned artwork commercially (Meaning, making money of it in any way, shape or form). Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork. Removing any watermarks/signatures. altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.

​III. NSFW / Not Safe for Work / art ✦

The Commissioner/Buyer hereby agrees that they are 18 years+ or older

and may NOT commission me (or buy from me) for any kind of NSFW art if they are younger than 18.

I am NOT to be held responsible for your requests/purchases to my art/YCHs/Adopts/Commissions that is NSFW. ​

At any given point, I reserve the right to require proof of age to complete any content that may be deemed NSFW. If I request it, and proof is either unavailable, does not follow this rule OR the commissioner is unwilling to provide legal proof of age, I reserve the right to deny the commission/purchase.

IV. You, The Buyer ✦

The commissioner is allowed to;

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

Personal use includes but is not limited to; icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

If you upload my work anywhere, it is mandatory to credit me properly and link the piece(s) back to any of my following galleries:

@Zevanox (Deviantart/FurAffinity/Twitter/Discord)

You may ask to remain anonymous if you do not wish to be revealed as the commissioner.

V. Custom Design Conditions ✦

This regards only Your artwork of a design you have purchased from me

This is NOT referring to the original artwork (made by me) that is purchased.

YOUR artwork of the design is yours exclusively.

The owner may make prints, merch, etc. of their own artwork featuring said design.

I only need credit for creating the original design where possible, even if you have edited it to your personal liking,

Any other utility such as a book character, game / video game, etc, is strictly off limits.

You may resell the design, but ideally not for more that what you originally paid for it

By selling, you are agreeing that the ownership will go to whomever you are selling to and you will no longer have any rights to the design(s) itself.

I can not be held responsible for a transaction you have made with another user concerning a sold design. Please be careful.

II) Owners may change the design as they see fit.

Owners may morph the design as they please to fit their preferences more closely.

Unless the custom design is a Closed species itself, in that case do NOT turn my design into your own "Closed Species" as it becomes the property of the species owner and removes the originality and flexibility of being a standard design.

VI. Customer Satisfaction and Refunds ✦​

I always work my hardest to produce the best quality I can for each and every piece I do

and I will do everything I can to make my clients happy.

However after a commission is finished, only small changes(free) to the drawing is allowed.

Such as colouring/marking mistakes or details that were forgotten.

Any greater changes will come with an extra charge, mostly where it implies time-consuming changes

Such as lineart changes, additional details, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw parts of it or all of it completely.

Note that for most, if not all, of my commissions have a sketch approval stage before I move on with the piece, so asking for changes beyond that point will often always have fees, mostly if it affects what was initially approved by you.

Please make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for, mostly if you want specific details.

I may provide multiple sketches of poses for you to chose from, but note that any rejected sketches may later be recycled for other commissions, YCH's, adopts, etc. to my own discretion.

Some commissions may take longer than usual, mostly when subjected to having multiple commissions at once, but I always try to push out my works in a timely manner. If you think your work was forgotten, do feel free to contact me!

Refunds

Lastly, please understand that Commissions are my only salary, so I can not afford to refund what I have worked on, however I can refund the difference of what I haven't yet worked on.

I can not give any kind of refund if I have completed the work fully.

With that said, I may decline any commission, whether I feel I can not push a satisfactory result or anything that may make me uncomfortable to work with, to my own discretion.

Forfeiting Commissions

For most commissions, I require your input on my progress before moving on to the next phase of your commission. As mentioned above, I give various screen captures at different points in my progress to ensure that the direction I am going in is on par with what you are expecting from me and I rely on your replies before moving on.

​If you do not respond to my messages and/or inquiries or if you do not contact me under any kind of form after I have tried to reach you within 1 full month, your commission will be forfeit and I will move on.

(Rest assured, I will never forfeit a commission if "I" am the one responsible for the long wait times, if there ever are any on my behalf).

So please, if you are going to be away for any reason before I am finished with your commission, or for an unknown amount of time, it is mandatory to let me know and to keep in touch.

As I will NOT allow any form of refund and I will NOT continue or finish commission pieces that have been deemed forfeit.

Also note that if for any reason, I can no longer contact you (deleted/moved accounts, etc.) and you have not let me know on how and where to contact you, I will also deem this as a forfeit once it reaches the 3 months without contact.

It is mainly your responsibility to keep tabs on this, as I will not continuously reach out to you after my first attempts.
