Our lab explores novel methods for the control and detection of major foodborne pathogens, including Salmonella spp., pathogenic Escherichia coli, Cronobacter sakazakii, and Staphylococcus spp. etc., through molecular microbiology, genomics, and cell biology research on bacteria and bacteriophages.
