Molecular Food Microbiology Lab

Our lab explores novel methods for controlling and detecting diverse food-related pathogens, such as Salmonella spp., pathogenic Escherichia coli, Cronobacter sakazakii, Enterococcus spp., and Acinetobacter baumannii etc., through molecular microbiology, genomics, and cell biology research on bacteria and bacteriophages.
