Research Elective Rotations

Research elective rotations are ways to engage in research during the clinical years and are an excellent way to strengthen your residency application. Rotations are possible in the third year, the fourth year, or both. Rotations must be arranged well ahead of time (at least two months) and must be approved using the form below. Students interested in the possibility of a research elective rotation in either the OMS3 or OMS4 year should complete the Scholarly Activity Inquiry Survey at the beginning of the academic year. This will give the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs the information necessary to answer your questions and assess your background so we can help you.
