2.Recepies

1. Chop onion and garlic. In a frying pan heat the oil and fry the vegetables for 5 minutes. Add minced meat and cook for 10-12 minutes, stretching the lumps with a shovel.
2. Season and pepper to taste, stew for 5 minutes.
3. Boil the pasta. After adding them to the frying pan to the stuffing, cook all together 5 min.
4. Before serving, you can sprinkle with grated cheese and fresh herbs.
