Welcome to the NICE Lab at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. We are conducting research on innovative solutions for next generation nano-scale VLSI systems for emerging applications such IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Neural Networks, Wearable Electronics, etc. We are also tackling various challenging design issues caused by CMOS scaling in the nano-scale regime.
Our research topics include
Computing-in-memory for machine learning and edge computing
Ultra-low power memory circuit design (SRAM, eDRAM, CAM, etc)
Emerging non-volatile memory design (ReRAM, STTMRAM, and PCRAM)
Energy-efficient circuits and systems for intelligent edge computing
