Portraiture

This week you will be learning the art of Studio Portrait Photography. Your final project will consist of 8 individual pictures of YOUR partner (not of yourself). Each of the pictures must be an example of the following setups:

  • Broad Lighting
  • Short Lighting
  • Rembrandt Lighting
  • Loop Lighting
  • Split Lighting
  • Hatchet Lighting
  • Rim Lighting
  • Ring Lighting

You along with your partner will visit the four stations where you can use the the cameras and lighting setups to experiment and get your pictures. You will have about 10 minutes per station and you can take multiple pictures. Become familiar with the guides and which type of portrait you can take at each station.
