Please contact a current PTO board member or a nominating committee member with any questions you have about the offices and process. See the current PTO board >>

How else can I help?
We can't do this without you and we are so grateful for all our volunteers! There are many ways to help...
Short on time? Here are little ways to make a big impact: voice your ideas, share connections, make decorations, bake cookies, distribute flyers, solicit donations, write thank you notes, participate in our fundraisers, etc. We welcome any and all support!
Share your feedback. We're all ears! We're always looking for the best way to serve our Northwest Community. Got ideas, thoughts or opinions? Fill out our current survey here >>
Attend a meeting. We typically meet at 6 p.m. the first Tuesday of every month in the Northwest Cafeteria. We try to keep meetings to about an hour. We discuss upcoming plans, review our budget, answer questions, and connect with you! There's no commitment required to attend! Miss a meeting, but want to stay informed? Join a planning committee. There's a lot that goes on behind the scenes to get our events off the ground. Planning committee members may assist with organizing volunteer sign-ups, making decorations, ordering supplies or food, delegating tasks, making community connections, soliciting donations, creating advertising & signage and more! Plus it's a great way to make connections with fellow Northwest families! Interested? Come to a meeting or email NorthwestPTO@gmail.com to learn more!
Volunteer at an event. There are a variety of events we run each school year. Some happen during the school day, some might be at night or on the weekend. We try to setup a variety of "part-time" shifts to accommodate everyone's schedules (and to allow time to enjoy the event with your student)! Have a little extra time to give? You could volunteer as an event chairperson and run an event with the support of the PTO board. See our current volunteer opportunities >>
Volunteer for event setup or cleanup. Can't commit during an event? We could always use help before and after! Current volunteer opportunities >>
