Prospective authors are invited to submit Abstract of original unpublished research work on the mentioned areas (see tracks page) either in English or Odia (use Unicode fonts). Preference will be given to the submissions having clear focus on the specific issues pertaining to languages of interest.

Abstract must be anonymous and within 250-300 words followed by 4-5 Keywords and Bibliography. Maintain a font size of 11 (Times New Roman) for English and for Odia (12, either kalinga or Lohit Oriya). Odia should be typed in Unicode format and no other format (like Akruti, Page maker etc) will be considered.

Once the abstract is prepared, please upload below by filling a form.

Receipt of an Abstract will be acknowledged duly with a paper-id. If Authors do not receive acknowledgement within 48-hours, then please contact the technical program committee members. After which all communications regarding the papers should mention the paper-id.

The Abstracts received will undergo a double blind review and the authors of accepted abstracts will be notified for full Paper submissions. Authors will be allowed to present the paper in the conference only if the full paper is received within the deadline (see important dates page).

Note: It will not be possible to include the abstracts received after the deadlines

The full paper is limited to 10 pages in a double column format with a font size of 11(Times New Roman) for English and 12(either kalinga or Lohit Oriya) for Odia including bibliography and upload both word and pdf copies of the papers.
