INTRODUCTION: EunSu Lee, an Associate Professor of Management, joined New Jersey City University (NJCU) in 2015. He teaches undergraduate and graduate programs including the courses of Management Analytics, Information Systems, and Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Intelligence at NJCU.

INTRODUCTION: Dr. Yi-Yu Chen is a faculty of the Management Department at NJCU School of Business. She holds a Ph. D. in Management and Global Business from Rutgers University and M.B.A. with specialization in Management of Technology and Innovation. Her research interests are in the areas of management of technology and innovation, supply chain logistics as well as sustainability management.

Melanie Mcdonald, Ph.D., Faculty
Introduction: Melanie McDonald, Ph.D., MBA, is an Associate Professor in Management for the New Jersey City University School of Business. Dr. McDonald has extensive experience in strategic management and leadership in non-profit and small business organizations and more than 12+ years of experience as Associate Dean and Program Assessment Coordinator in the NJCU College of Professional Studies and the School of Business. She teaches Principles of Management, Life is Good Business, Business Enterprise Applications, Operations and Project Management, and Business Information Systems.
Research Interests: Leadership behaviors, logistics and operations management, management information systems, race and gender issues in the workplace, entertainment management, business technology, supply chain, community health and administration, and assessment of student learning.

eun soo kim, Ph.D., faculty
Introduction: Dr. Eun Soo Kim, a Visiting Scholar of Management, joined New Jersey City University (NJCU) in 2022. He holds a Ph. D. in Transport and Communication from Shanghai Maritime University. He works for Korea Maritime Institute (KMI) as a Research Fellow, in which he has involved more than 100 research projects in the arena of Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management, especially for container shipping, port and logistics industry since 2004.

Introduction: Dr. Peng Li, an adjunct faculty member at the School of Business, joined New Jersey City University (NJCU) in 2023. He is a Ph.D. candidate from the Supply Chain Department of Rutgers Business School. He holds his first Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering from the University of Winsoncon Milwaukee in May 2016. He teaches undergraduate students, including the Global Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain Seminar at NJCU.

Introduction: Devin Echavarria is a 3rd-year student in the Honors program at New Jersey City University, double majoring in Economics and Data Science. He is currently a Risk Advisory Intern at EisnerAmper Digital and has accepted an internship offer as a Business Technology Solutions Consultant at Deloitte for Summer 2023. Devin is also very active on campus; as a Corporate Engagement Intern at the NJCU Foundation, he is working to increase the number of engagements, such as internship opportunities and guest speaking events, for students at the School of Business. Before his current role, Devin interned at Valley National Bank as a Deposit Operations Analyst, participated in a Cooperative Education program with Goldman Sachs, and attended a pre-internship leadership program with Citibank’s Enterprise IT Group. He has also served as an active member of the Student Investment Management Club and the Entrepreneurship Club, whilst making appearances as a student panelist in seminars led by the Guarini Institute of Economics.

Introduction: Yurim Kim is a political and diplomatic student at Inha University and is currently an exchange student at NJCU. She majored in political and diplomatic science and is a linked major in international regional studies. She has been active in the Korean International Branch of the United Nation Studies Association (UNSA) in Korea for about a year and a half, and participated in the 9th Anniversary of Youth Public Diplomacy and VANK's Global History Diplomatic Ambassador Program, which is a program with Korean newspapers 'Yonhap News' and VANK, and tried to gain information and experience related to my major in diplomacy. In addition, she participated in the Legal Information Conference held by the Ministry of Justice of Korea, volunteered for the Legal Consumer Federation in Korea, and developed an understanding of the law. Currently, she is studying the subject of "Change in Global Trade Policies and Their Impact on International Relations" to attend the NEDSI conference (January 2024 - )
