Pick a practice: Simple, a quiet stillness sit that rests your attention on the breath; Coherent, slow, even breathing in a steady rhythm to settle body and mind; or Merkaba, guided breath with a visualization of the star of light around you. Then pick a length: 3, 5, 10, or 20 minutes.

Pick a tone, 432 Hz, 528 Hz and more, and choose a calm narrated voice to guide you.

How do I restore my purchase?
Open Settings (gear icon) in Merkaba Pro and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
I can't hear any audio
Check that your iPhone's Silent switch / Action button is not set to silent, turn the volume up, and disconnect or check any Bluetooth headphones. Then close and reopen the app.
How do volume levels work?
Master volume starts at 100 each session. Voice, backdrop and tone (Hz) levels can be adjusted separately with their sliders.
How do I choose a voice or backdrop?
On the main screen, use the Sound section to pick a narrator voice and a backdrop, then tap Begin.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
