Arriving by Taxi (Route 1 takes around 30 minutes)
At “Kyoto Station” take a taxi to Kyoto Univ., which might take around 30 minutes with 2500-3000 yen and get off at Kyoto Univ. front Gate (see the map, circled by red dot).
Arriving by bus only (Route 2 takes 40 minutes)
Arrival: Kyoto Station (takes 40 minutes)
Direction: Take Bus No. 206 (bound for Gion Via Kiyomizu-dera Temple) at Bus Stop D2.
At “Kyodai Seimon-mae (Kyoto Univ.)” stop, pay 230 yen and get off the bus from front door (see the map, circled by red dot).
Arriving by Subway and bus (Route 3 takes 30 minutes)
Arrival: in Kyoto Station by Shinkansen
Direction: Transfer to the subway line (Karasuma Line.)
Get on the subway bound for "Shijo, Karasuma Oike, Kokusaikaikan." (DO NOT get on the subway going towards "Kujo, Takeda", as this will take you towards the opposite direction.
Get off at “Imadegawa” station and Follow the direction of "Exit 3."
Take Bus No. 102 (bound for Ginkakuji Temple Via Demachiyanagi Sta), or Bus No. 201 (bound for Hyabumanben, Gion), or Bus No. 203 (bound for Ginkakuji Temple, Kinrin Shako.
At “Hyakumanben” stop, pay 230 yen and get off the bus from front door (see the map, circled by red dot).
