No-show policy

The paper may be excluded from the publications if the presentation is not made at the conference. Also, no-show papers are not recommended in post-conference publications.

Publication and Submission:

All submitted papers must be original contributions that neither have been submitted to any other conference or journal, nor will be submitted to any other conference or journal during the review process. All submissions need to be formatted according to the IIAI format Proceedings format. You can find the format requirements on IIAI website:

LaTeX Template (zip) MS Word Template (zip)

The format of the final manuscript should be no more than 10~12 pages for regular papers, 6~10 pages for short papers in length and 1~2 pages for research abstract in length. Submission is entirely automated by a paper management tool, which is available from the main website. Each paper should consist of up to 200-word abstract, up to 5 keywords. The author's name and address MUST NOT appear in the paper. This is to facilitate a double-blind review. Also, while the references should include all published literature relevant to the paper, including previous works of the authors, it should not include unpublished works. When referring to one's own work, use the third person rather than the first person.

Accepted regular papers and short papers will be published in the KICSS 2022 Conference Proceedings and will be processed for publication in IIAI series.

Accepted research abstract will not be published, but still receives review feedback and the chance of presenting the work in the conference.

For each accepted paper and accepted research abstract, at least one author is required to register for the conference at the full rate.

(Post conference publications) Selected KICSS-2022 papers may be invited to submit to the special issues on IEICE that we are working on.
