2023 Hki-Utsjoki-Hki 3.000 km

A challenge for the head and body 

In 2017, the plan was to do a strict 6-day ride from Velo to Utsjoki and back, 2700 km. 

However, this was not implemented. Now it's 2023 and fitness is what it is. At the beginning of February, we have been able to train regularly. 

My head needs a goal to make the workouts enjoyable. As I write this at the beginning of March, the training sessions do feel wonderful and I am really looking forward to the next training session. 

This time, we don't set a time limit and start to push the work to the limit, but start and drive brisk trips, but also give space to sleep in the progress. The route has been drawn and such 3,000 km seemed to be coming. At the moment, the idea is to ride as self-support. 

Good training for spring and early summer, then tighten the chains when the time is right.
