KISM 2023 국제학회 발표 수행 (2023.11.20~22)

2023년 11월 19일~22일동안 부산 파라다이스 호텔에서 제2회 KISM 2023 국제학회 (Korean International Semiconductor Conference on Manufacturing Technology 2023)가 개최되었습니다.

김우희 교수님께서는 Advanced Atomic Scale Thin Films 분과 좌장 및 'Combined Atomic Layer Deposition and Etching Process towards Advanced Atomic Level Patterning'을 주제로 발표를 진행해주셨고, 석박통합과정 이서현 학생은 Oral 발표, 박사과정 이진선, 이정민, 석박통합과정 권용주, 임동현, 오지은, 김정태 학생은 Poster 발표를 진행했습니다.
