All orders are sent with Australia Post. Expected delivery with Australia Post is within 5-10 working days from the date of purchase.

If you would like to collect large or multiple pieces order, please contact us to arrange a collection time and place.

If you require express post please contact us, we will provide you the express postage quote and post your urgent order within the next 24hr.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide using Registered International Airmail with Australia Post. This cost is as specified, please contact us if you do not find your country. Expected delivery is within 7-10 working days. We can only provide what Australia post offers. We will email you to discuss your shipping options and then send you an invoice for your preferred delivery method.

Some countries may charge you local taxes, customs and/or duties. These are not included in your purchase and are to be paid by the customer. Unfortunately,we have no control over customs processing times or charges. Please contact your local authority for any questions.

Most importantly, please ensure all personal details entered at checkout are correct.

I will always try and keep shipping costs as low as possible as we all dislike that part of internet shopping!

I will ship your purchase in 1-2 business day. I carefully pack each order to ensure its safe arrival at your door. For special items I can send by Special Delivery or Tracked Parcel to ensure items arrive with you very quickly and safely. However, this is often quite a large additional cost and please contact me for the exact price so I can find out for you and let you know.
