Implementing SQF systems
H-E-B Manufacturing Academy of Excellence invites you to attend and participate in implementing Safe Quality Food (SQF) Edition 9, a two –day course designed to familiarize food industry professionals with the globally renowned SQF program.
The SQF program, owned by the SQF Institute, a division of Food Marketing Institute, asks food industry professionals, “Are you producing, manufacturing and/or supplying Safe, Quality Food?” and then coaches them on how best to achieve this standard using one simple system, which is fully supported by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). Already, H-E-B Mfg. has integrated this program into all our manufacturing facilities; food and non-food.
You must have successfully completed the Advanced HACCP Course before attending this class.
As a participant in this class, you will learn about this effective program to enhance food safety in goods and services from our SQFI certified trainers through a combination of lectures and exercise education.
To ensure that each student receives adequate, individual attention, each class has a student to instructor ratio of no more than 20 to 1. Upon successful completion of the course, students will be eligible for recognition as SQF Practitioners.
We hope that you will take advantage of this opportunity to develop a competitive edge in today’s evolutionary, fast-paced world of supply and demand to be valued by all stakeholders.
Thank you!
