H‑E‑B began The Manufacturing Academy of Excellence in 2008 as H-E-B University, with the first class being instructed in our Print Plant. We've always believed in the value of hard work and the importance of taking care of people.
Not only do our instructors combine for 75+ years of instructional experience, but they also manage world class product safety and quality systems and lead teams in food and nonfood manufacturing facilities.
