I made this collection of images during my spring semester my first year of college for my Photo 1 class. We worked with black and white film photography and I chose to explore the concept of living through death in this project as a majority of my semester, I dealt with battling depression and suicidal thoughts. It felt like a full circle moment, taking pictures of my friends who have been very helpful during that semester in a graveyard on campus and having all of the things that make me happy come together in one project. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it!
