What is the address for the camp/school?

Why does the checkout page for registration only have a single address line?
The address line is an autofill by default. You can either start typing your address until it pops up OR click the drop down that appears to enter your address manually (this will give you the lines for city, state, zip).
When can I check-in?
The Registration Desk will be open for primary check-in between 3 PM and 10 PM on Friday, October 6, 2023. The program begins with dinner at 6:00 PM. Daily Commuters and late arrivals will need to check in at the registration desk or contact a committee member for check-in upon arrival.
How can I get a scholarship?
For those friends needing a scholarship to attend the event, we ask that you first contact your/a nearby Local Spiritual Assembly. If they are unable to help, contact the School Committee from the Contact Us page to request assistance.
What if I am paying by cash, check, or scholarship?
Continue with your registration and select Pay on Site at checkout. Then bring your payment to the registration desk upon check-in. You can expect additional requests for information, via email, prior to the school.
Suppose I pay and then cannot attend the conference?
Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. Please contact the School Committee through the Contact Us page.
What do I need to bring?

Can children attend by themselves?
Any participant under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult, either a parent or sponsor.
Children with special needs
If a child receives any special services at his/her school such as one-on-one support, pull out support, alternative learning environments, etc. – it would be the responsibility of the parent or sponsor to provide similar supports as needed at the seasonal school.
Dietary Needs
Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated by the kitchen and in coordination with them. You will specify your needs in the registration process.
COVID-19 Protocols
We will follow any and all local, state, and federal protocols and requirements, as well as all requirements of Lake Doniphan Conference and Retreat Center related to mitigating the COVID-19 virus and other infectious disease.
The safety and health of our participants is of utmost concern.
Participants are ultimately responsible for their own health and safety decisions.
If you are ill for any reason, feel unwell, or know that you have been directly exposed to COVID-19, please do not attend.
Additional restrictions may be subject to change based on the ever evolving nature of the virus and will be updated here as needed.
