My wife and I were fortunate to find Sienna through a colleague of mine at work. She had been listening to a podcast about a litter of Great Dane pups, and I had mentioned that I was interested in getting a Great Dane just a few weeks earlier. We were trying out different names for the pup on the way to pick her up on June 8, 2017, and it seemed that we had settled on Gigi when Gladys suddenly said "Sienna" as we were driving home with our little pup in the back seat with me. We had found her name.

Sienna came from a litter of seven and there were two pups for us to choose from. Gladys and I both fell for the puppy with the black collar: Sienna.

I am monitoring her growth in daily videos; she's going to be a very, very big dog.

First Dog Show Competition for Sienna

Saturday, Jan. 20-21, 2018

My wife, Gladys, took this video on her new iPhone 8+ this morning. This footage shows Sienna running graciously by my side. It paid off well! She won two of three classes in today's competition (January 21). She placed third in yesterday's event (Jan. 20) behind beautiful Kailana and Cleo! We are so proud of them, and we couldn't have asked for a better start to their careers in dog shows.
