Airline Baggage Policy
COVID-19 CHANGES AT AIRPORT AND ON DOMESTIC FLIGHTS:
Face masks must be worn at all times at airport and on all flights per federal law.
All passengers must stand 6 feet apart while in airport and during boarding.
Limited snack and beverage service will be provided for flights over 250K miles. Bring an empty water bottle and snacks. We will not be stopping to eat until dinner.
Individuals who have a fever or are showing any COVID-19 symptoms should not fly. Negative COVID test must be shown to Bob prior to boarding. You can text, mail, e-mail or drop off results at our house to simplify Thursday morning check in. Please send medical form ASAP (another thing to have out of the way)

1 personal item and 1 carry-on
Personal item
Your personal item like a purse or small handbag must fit under the seat in front of you. Dimensions should not exceed 18 x 14 x 8 inches (45 x 35 x 20 cm)
Carry-on requirements
Shouldn’t exceed 22 x 14 x 9 inches / 56 x 36 x 23 centimeters (including handles and wheels)
Must fit in the sizer at the airport
If your items don’t fit in the overhead bin or under the seat, they may need to be checked. There may be additional carry-on bag restrictions at certain airports or on certain airplanes.
We recommend labeling your carry-on the same way you do checked bags in case this happens.
Soft-sided garment bags up to 51 inches / 130 cm (length + width + height) can also be taken as your carry-on item.
Airline Regulations
Limiting your luggage to one carry-on bag may avoid checked baggage fees. All baggage fees are the responsibility of each participant and the participant must have the exact amount for check-in. For more information on airline fees, see the official website for your assigned carrier.
The name and address of the traveler must appear on the outside of all baggage.
You may be required to wear a face covering during your flight.
TSA Guidelines
All liquids, gels and aerosols carried onto the plane must be three ounces or less and carried in one clear, quart-sized, zip-top, plastic bag. This bag must be removed from the carry-on and placed in a bin for X-ray screening.
Prescription liquid medications, hand sanitizer, and other liquids needed by persons with disabilities and medical conditions are permitted in carry-on baggage. If these items are larger than 3.4 ounces each, they must be separate from both the carry-on and the quart-sized bag and must be declared to the TSA Officer.
For more information on security guidelines, which could change, please visit www.tsa.gov .
