Lectures will be held on the campus of the Ruhr University Bochum, namely in room IA 01/473. The precise location of the IA building is displayed on the map to the right (or below, if seen from a mobile device).
The closest international airport is in Düsseldorf (DUS). From there you can easily reach Bochum with the RE1 or RE6 regional trains.
A number of ICE trains also reach the city. In particular, there are frequent ICE trains to and from Frankfurt International Airport (FRA); combining a plane to Frankfurt and a train to Bochum is often the fastest option.
