DOG TAG 1996 from Oudshoorn

Dog's name was Rex , a huge Rottweiler with a mean temperament , His owner thought he might look a bit less aggressive with this pretty blue aluminium dog tag .... didn't work ... no one saw it under his chin and he actually bit the Milk man when he tried to lift Rex's chin to see his dog tag , yeah I know , Milk men do this all the time ..... well ...so the story goes .... NOT
